The City of Calumet will be accepting sealed bids for the following surplus inventory: walk-in bank vault door with frame and inside door-Twentieth Century Lock Co., Calumet State Bank cannonball safe, rectangle standing safe with shelves, safety deposit boxes, various desks, tables and stands. The surplus inventory will be available for viewing by appointment. Call April Serich, City Clerk at 218-247-7542 Mon. Tues or Thurs. 9-4. Items will be sold "As Is" to the highest responsible bidder. Sealed bids will be accepted by mail or can be dropped off at City Hall-932 Gary St. until 4:00 p.m. Monday April 15, 2024. Bids will be opened at the council meeting on Tuesday, April 16th at 2:30 p.m. Payment needs to be made by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2024. Items need to be removed by 4:00 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2024. Put name, phone number, date, item bidding on and price on bids.
